The OFII partners with the Centre des monuments nationaux
On Tuesday 12 July 2022, the OFII signed an agreement in the beautiful premises of the Orangerie de l’hôtel de Sully (Paris IV), headquarters of the Centre des Monuments Nationaux (Centre for National Monuments), aimed at enabling signatories of the Republican Integration Contract to visit the sites and monuments of our heritage.
The Centre des monuments nationaux (CMN) was represented by Ms Senghor, Deputy Director of the CMN, and the agreement also involved the Ministry of the Interior, represented by the Director of Reception and Integration of the Directorate-General for Foreign nationals in France, Mr Coste.
The aim of this partnership is to facilitate entry to cultural sites under the responsibility of the Centre des monuments nationaux during Republican Integration Contract training courses, through visits which will be organised by the OFII service providers.
At the same time, the signatories of the Republican Integration Contract will receive a pass, i.e. a free ticket, on the third day of the civic training, which will allow them to access, with an accompanying person, a monument managed by the Centre.
The gradual implementation of this partnership will also enable the OFII to organise events in the network of monuments for which the Centre des monuments nationaux is responsible.
