Gender equality index 2023
The OFII publishes its 2023 gender equality index.
The public law equality index responds to Decree No. 2023-1137 of December 5, 2023, which defines the calculation methods for the indicators relating to the measurement and reduction of pay gaps between women and men in the State civil service.
The results of the 2023 gender equality index for women and men at the OFII are as follows:
