Departmental agreement between the Territorial Directorate of the OFII in Grenoble and the Public Employment Service
On 6 January, the territorial Directorate of the OFII in Grenoble and the Public Employment Service (SPE) signed a framework-agreement on the professional integration of newly arrived foreigners.
Last Thursday, at the Savoie prefecture, the departmental partnership agreement in favour of the professional integration of newly arrived foreigners was signed by Juliette Part, Secretary General of the prefecture, Fatima Mezzouj, Territorial Director of the OFII in Grenoble, the services of Pôle emploi, the local missions, Cap emploi, and the Savoie operators who work on this subject.
Since 2010, the Ministries of the Interior and Labour have concluded several framework agreements with the OFII and Pôle Emploi for the professional integration of newly arrived foreigners.
These framework agreements were then extended to the actors of the Public Employment Service. At national level, a new agreement had already been signed on 1 March 2021 between the Ministry of the Interior, OFII, Apec, Cap Emploi, Pôle emploi and the National Union of local missions.
The aim of this partnership agreement is to strengthen the mutual knowledge of the service offers of each actor and to share their expertise.
Their mobilisation should enable support for signatories of the Republican Integration Contract to facilitate access to the economic world, in terms of employment or vocational training.
The Public Employment Service pays particular attention to those who are furthest from employment and adapts to the specific needs of people with disabilities, women, young people under 26 years of age and foreign higher education graduates.
