Asylum seekers in Île-de-France: the best times to register your application

If you are in Île-de-France, to register your asylum application, you must contact the OFII telephone platform on 01 42 500 900.

Many of you call in the morning, so to facilitate your telephone contact, we advise you to call between 2pm and 4.30pm, the time slots shown in pink below, from Monday to Friday.

After your contact with the OFII, you will receive a confirmation SMS to present during the appointment at the first reception centre (SPADA)
